      Pros

      Farfetch is a great place to work because of several reasons. Namely. - Great infrastructure (software, hardware, and facilities) - Multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. - People with distinctive and brilliant backgrounds in every office. - Great work/life balance - Amongst the most prominent startups in Europe - It does provide good guidance and support to foreigners that come to live in Portugal

      Cons

      The people team located in Lisbon is mainly for talent acquisition purposes. Bureaucratic stuff is handled in Porto. Which takes time to get done.

      The people and company culture used to be great.

      Company was sold and everything went down hill. No room for growth.
