10yWe wanted to update you on developments within the Customer Service Team. In the last 12months Farfetch has invested heavily in this business area with new systems, compensation & benefits enhancements and training. We have built and brought global teams together and increased our headcount by more than 50%, creating new roles and opportunities for people to grow. In 2015 we also launched a new company value - 'Amaze Customers' to show our commitment to both our customers and the Customer Service Team internally.
