Pros
Easy hiring process. A lot of people get hired on the spot.
Cons
There isn't much room for growth. There are managers & the employees under them. Most managers have been with the company 20+ years. Transfers from one department to another are considered lateral moves meaning there is no pay increase. Unless a manager retires or quits there's no way to move up in the company. It is a struggle to get a schedule change, & sometimes the company will make you revert to the original schedule that was put in during the hiring process. The company will find reasons to avoid giving employees their bonus.
