      You can learn all you need to know in 6 months or less.

      Cons

      Very unethical management. Management with criminal records. Employees are treated like cattle. No respect from employees. I was told by other employees who stayed for years.... the only reason they stay is due to age and medical conditions. No growth in this company. The 4 managers have been in positions for years. HR is for show only.

      No benefits. No employee respect. Untrained management (no people skills), and they only give positions based on who can last the longest. No skill or education required.
