Pros

Great benefits and they hire friends so you have a built-in support system for when you feel like a failure.

Cons

STRESS, Everyone is spread too thin because management took the numbers from the BEST OF THE BEST and now demand those numbers from everyone. Imagine the speed and accuracy you saw from the very best person you've ever worked with and how impressive it was that they could do what they did, then imagine your company decided that everyone should be performing on that inhuman level (including new people or people with problematic clients that take up a significant portion of their time). Also, you will be blamed for your numbers being low if their system goes down for maintenance or runs slow.... and it will run slow. At least one platform is always running at turtle speed and you will be in trouble if you're on that platform.

As part of our mission to strengthen the health of pharmacies and their patients, it is important to ensure our employees are providing excellent service to our customers. We continue to implement new tools to streamline processes and make them more efficient. We expect our employees to perform at a minimum level based on what we see the majority of our employees achieve on a regular basis. This benefits all employees to spread the responsibilities evenly within the team. Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback.

Pros

Achievable goals. Amazing teamwork culture. You feel safe to ask your superiors questions when confused. Super fun culture. Decent pay compared to the area. Health insurance w/ incentives to reduce premiums. many other amazing benefits to chose from like hospital indemnity, accidental death/dismemberment insurance, etc. KEPT THEIR DEI POLICIES Fun incentives Achievable bonuses. Policies that take customer behavior into account for metrics. So, so many more

Cons

Still not a comfortably livable wage. Training can be confusing and overwhelming, but that's the industry, plus you are encouraged to learn and ask questions whenever you need, no matter how long you've been there.
