I do not see any merits in working here.
Cons
FICO used to be good. The FICO's Singapore office has very toxic culture. Verbal abuse, racism are well accepted and celebrated. There is just one products that sells and the company is trying to make money by landing and expaning same product at handful clients with no investment into fixing platform issue.
