      You'll get sufficient time to level up your students. It offers you relaxed environment if you can cover up yourself from institutional politics.

      Cons

      You will get big offer and it will sound good but they know how to cut half, what they have offered. If you are hard working then be in open market because there you'll get better opportunities and pay scale.
