      Good place to work if you prefer slow paced career

      Cons

      Chaotic and slow moving tech and business development No hikes or incentives for performance basis No One-to-one or yearly reviews. Management only calls for meeting when agenda is to align you for more responsibilities. No WFH allowed, limited leaves, half day pay cut on punching late in the morning.
