It's a place of strange management... The spending with the management benefits and bonuses is crazy: free meals to the most expensive restaurants, always they use the most expensive hotels for business trips, always the most expensive and state of the art gadgets, OK this should be perfectly normal however if you take into consideration that this is a sales company and for years they don't have any profit this lavishing spendings just don't make any sense whatsoever...... Just to give you a stupid example the cars rented for all the managers in that firm do not have the company logo on them...... Being a sales company you might think that having the logo printed on your cars would be a smart thing to do, not here....... By the way the marketing department practically doesn't exist, again a strange thing for someone in sales business however much of the things in this company doesn't make or will make any sense.... Low salaries... No bonuses or salary increase due to lack of profit....... No opportunity to grow except for the backscratchers, for them it's totally different...... Lower employees and the ones with deadlines are treated like slaves literally... So if you don't have any other opportunity then probably you don't get to chose however if you get to chose then I wouldn't recommend this place not at all.....
