This 40-year-old, third-party administered system provides no clarity on coverage, creating unnecessary financial and health anxiety for employees and their families. As a cherry on top, the internal benefits administrator is consistently unresponsive, and displays clear bias. She exclusively prioritizes executive requests and provides vague, unhelpful answers to regular staff, effectively withholding essential benefits information and support. This poor administration is a serious organizational issue and a crisis for employees seeking medical coverage. Trust me many of us faced this and feel the same. No matter how many employees gave review about this internally, no changes made. If you're in need of medical attention stay away from this company
