Pros

This place has a history of high turn over because it is a toxic work environment and you have job security. Training takes forever but they don’t actually train you.

Cons

Toxic work environment, high turn over, unorganized upper management, upper management flip flops too much, and favoritism is played a lot.

Pros

Great job for someone currently enrolled in college and recent college graduate wanting to get professional experience. They will hire OPT international students and sponsor H1B. Great work-life balance.

Cons

This non-profit is kind of shady and very unprofessional. Upon being hired, the hiring manager and director will make tons of false promises to sell you the job for a very low hourly wage. New hires are in training for the first 6 months but new hires are not properly trained and are set up for failure. This is a very cliquish non-profit organization and new hires are not made to feel very welcome. They waste a lot of resources and lack stream processes that would improve services provided to clients. They struggle with cost savings. I was extremely board during my employment with this non-profit. The job tasks do not accurately reflect the job roles and are misleading but look good on a resume.
