      amazing pay and bonus and insurance

      Cons

      No Leadership, horrible turn over, No one gets how to do security horrible made up metrics. Not enough work to go around, the people on the team or incompetent if not, as much as leadership. No growth, leadership acts like they are better than everyone. No career advancement or plan. You have to be friends with someone to get hired, be a vendor, or to be promoted.

      Great team and luckily for me great leadership in my direct line up to my SVP.

      Cons

      It’s horrifying how things have changed since Pulte took over. Layoffs, elimination of entire job categories but not the responsibilities of those jobs. It’s not just you work more because a teammate is gone, it’s do a completely different job while still doing you job plus all of your layed off coworkers job.
