Cons
-The office is very loud with constant arguing. Management is disorganized, leading to a lot of wasted time on "busy work" that doesn't matter. -The salary is way below market average. There are no annual raises, and they use unfair performance reviews just to avoid paying you more. -The workload is so intense that you won't even have a second to check your phone. It’s exhausting. -They exploit everyone: drivers, merchants, and staff. eg. tips being withheld from drivers and a general lack of respect for people. -Some upper management members have political views that make the environment feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you start losing your confidence here and feel like this is all you deserve, please don’t give up. Trust yourself and leave. You deserve a much better workplace.
