Pros
Mandarin friendly. It's good if you only speak Mandarin. Fast-paced environment where you can learn quickly. Colleagues are generally friendly and supportive.
Cons
Management is messy, statements to restaurants are often wrong, and the company feels unstable. They also don’t provide visa sponsorship now, so if you need a work visa, better not waste your time here. Management also seems unfamiliar with UK laws and often asks staff to do things that may be illegal, such as altering merchant statements, unfairly deducting money, or buying food from restaurants without partnership or authorization and then reselling it.
