good amount of staff nights out they pay well

Farrans ethos is mostly concerned about their staff feelings and equality / diversification etc. than there staffs actual ability and competency in the role they were employed to do. I understand mental health is a very serious and important topic but as a company they should tone it down. at the end of the day Farrans is a construction company and with years and years in the game, its best to leave your feelings at home and get on with the job. I know, lots will disagree with me but that's reality, and it's only an opinion.
