      Flexible schedules, great coworkers, decent health insurance

      The higher ups have absolutely no regard for your opinion. They will cut you out without a blink. Recently they switched all providers to salary, without any say or forewarning. This has thus far resulted in me being unable to buy groceries or travel, or doing anything I could do prior to this change. As compensation for those of us who picked up so many shifts, they now offer a “fee” to pick up shifts. A few that is only pennies more than my base salary. No more double time, no mileage under fifty miles, and then the managers still get snippy when you don’t want to come in on your days off.

      Thank you for your response and for sharing your concerns. We made the decision to change providers to salary because they meet the professional exemption under the Department of Labor's regulations and this is consistent with some other health facilities. Our company is also offering opportunities for providers to make more compensation by picking up additional shifts.       12 hr shifts, flexible hr's when needed, Tight family like relationships

      Cons

      We didn't last long... I feel if we had more advertising, and x-ray we would have had a chance. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and we had to close our doors :(
