Also thanks for your perspective on how we can improve. Showing appreciation is clearly a key factor to motivation and I know that this sometimes goes under in the day-to-day. We continue to promote showing appreciation and praise in the team - it can never be enough.
I also understand your experience with goal setting and resource planning at Fastic. We continue to improve our cross-functional resource planning for our three cycles per year so that we always aim for realistic, still challenging goals, which can be achieved. It is important to me that we always maintain the right balance between moving fast on one hand and investing the right amount of time for the right things on the other.
