Pros
Financially the sky was the limit. Incentive compensation was tied directly to operational and goal attainment. You either motivated the troops to success or you did not. It was that simple.
Cons
Long hours; unequal compensation specifically for contractors considering thier level of effort; RPPA - Roadway Package Protective Association. Incompetent Regional and Divisional level management promoted because of who they knew and not on what they did or what they could do.
