Federated Service Solutions Response
10yWe totally agree that team building goes along way, which is why in just the last month FSS sponsored several team building/employee appreciation events including our annual Golf Outing, our annual Parking Lot BBQ, DQ Blizzard Day, and Spirit Day Friday. Up next…bowling league and annual Fall Potluck!
We have 3 extremely busy Executives that don’t have the time to monitor 100+ Employee’s every move; nor do we have anyone working here with the title of VP either.
We encourage our Team to get to know each other and work well with each other using a variety of communication tools to help with time management – it’s just as easy to pick up the phone or shoot an IM as it is to walk around till you find the person just to ask a simple question or provide a quick answer.
Where we get involved and discourage too much interaction is when interaction is detrimental to the Company or the Employee(s) – wasted time equals a work day with very little productive work completed. We're sorry that the work hard play hard culture was not the right fit for you.
