      - cares about building up employees, lots of focus on staff training/improvement/induction - great culture, socials, friendly co-workers - opportunity to grow - work from home policy - low to the ground management that cares about you and understands your work

      - timesheeting is unfortunately necessary - steep learning curve - juggling competing demands
