- cares about building up employees, lots of focus on staff training/improvement/induction - great culture, socials, friendly co-workers - opportunity to grow - work from home policy - low to the ground management that cares about you and understands your work

Fenwick's induction program provides excellent mentoring in acquiring soft skills and technical knowledge for a career in ERP systems. The team's hands-on approach allow employees to learn quickly and effectively to manage communications with clients. A fun team to work with, staff are friendly and will stop by for a chat.
Cons
There can be a learning curve when employees with no prior experience in finance and ERP systems are starting their career at Fenwick. This would depend on the individual's own learning and communication skills. Time commitment is required outside of full-time hours to understand foundation and core processes.
