      Rich company, has a lot of money to waste

      Cons

      10 years behind any other decent company, mainly because of lack of listening and non-existing feedback culture. The worst side of italian provincialism.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
