- Flexible hours - Work always gets done on time - Great work environment. (both in-office and out) - Flexible work environment (I always get time off when I need it) - Everyone is cheerful and excited about the work they are doing. - I have never been paid late. I always get paid 2-3 days after I send my invoice. (most companies wait the full 30days to send an invoice) - There is a general sense of wanting to better yourself while working here. This is great for pushing your boundaries and learning new things while on the job.

Previously we had some themes that had some out-dated code. But as of July 2017 that has all been resolved and with the new in-house staff, our code and web builds are top-notch, and up-to-date with all web standards. In-fact we build some of the best fluid responsive sites out there now.

There is nothing good about this job. Everything that you are told about the job upon getting hired is a lie. Also young women should never work here! You have been warned.

Isolated and extremely unhealthy work environment. No collaboration between employees whatsoever. The CEO is unprofessional and constantly discredits his own employees about their work performance to other employees and clients. The most unprofessional place I have ever worked. The owner is always high and wearing a house robe during work hours. Plus he is overcharging for services. The software used to build websites is loaded and slows down websites only to get the job done as quickly as possible without hiring developers who know how to code. There is only work when there are clients so you can go weeks without any work. This is not a work environment where your ideas matter or will even be considered, it is either the CEOs way or no way. Just stay away.
