I've been with FerusMedia for nearly a year, and it's been nothing but fun. We take a team-based approach to everything we do, and while we work hard, we also believe in playing hard! Management is very kind and supportive, and are always open to suggestions and opinions. I feel very fortunate to work here, and look forward to coming to work (which doesn't feel like work!) every day. There's always something new and exciting to work on.
Cons
The company doesn't offer benefits, and because we're a growing company, there are some "growing pains" but it helps knowing that we're all in it together!
