I haven't been there too long but I am already a veteran based on the high turnover of staff. I have had no actual training, i have never quite been told what my job is, and when I think I am on the right track I am often asked when I am doing "that" The company is painfully slow at getting everything done and working for an events business where speed of action can account for so many wins Fever just seems to get it wrong time and time again. The fact that staff joke about being there 6 months makes you a long serving member, should be a red flag to the founders about the company culture, but so long as they keep getting investment, the people on the ground are just a replacable cog in the fever machine.
