Pros

they paid well and some reasonable employee perks

Cons

Honestly no idea how this business is still functioning, the churn of employees is huge, meaning there is never a knowledge base available to train and support new employees, The senior management are incredible at managing up, but in general terrible at managing their teams, There is a blame culture and a lack of acceptance of when doing something wrong. Poor cooperation between different teams, with each department only looking out for themselves, due to the volatility of the business and no one ever sure how close they are to their department being restructured with redundancies made.

Pros

If you come from a solid background in ticketing and large scale events, you will be able to run rings around much of the management.

Cons

*The central Madrid based head office makes it damn near impossible to get movement, answers or understanding on a lot of day to day requirements *The disparity in pay across the globe is so uneven, I'm surprised there hasn't been more equal pay discrimination cases *Highly aggressive company, pursuing ex-employees often relentlessly with unfounded legal threats

Pros

- Amazing people in the London office - lots of great freebies and events to attend and fun to work in such a fun industry like events - good commission scheme - Secret London and Fever app are really great products to work with

Cons

- Senior management from the Spanish HQ have no idea how to manage a team. They make you feel like your opinion is worth 0 and will expect you to work way over the normal capacity. Basically treat you like their minions that know nothing despite your experience - extremely negative vibe whenever the CEO or senior management visit - he has no clue how to engage with people - no actual benefits apart from free events - insanely high turnover, about 10 people left in the 3 months that I joined - no diversity in the team whatsoever
