      Pros only limited to salary on time.

      Cons

      How to start about this ? - Politics is on higher side, where manager plays it very well. -No Sales process , no encouragement from Managers to sales people. -HR has no power to play a role. -More than 20 resignations from Bangalore in 6 months.

      Horrible managers, poor work life balance, Managers are not worthy of being a manager, lack leadership skills. The place is super toxic, very biased towards certain employees. and only certain employees who ego massaged the bosses got good appraisals
