Pros
You get to choose what days each week you want to work. You can work 1 day or 5 days. Awesome employees. Easy to bond with entire crew. Yes. Of course there is always that "one bad seed" but 85% of the crews are great!
Cons
They say you do not have a quota to meet daily but you do. They promote employees to team lead positions but if they do not meet the quota every single day then they get demoted.
