      Pros

      Self Development Merritt Based Commission Based (i.e. write your own paycheck) Oppurtunity to have the life you want.

      Cons

      Worst position to have if you don't like sales, best job if you are good because there's oppurtunity beyond sales, you just have to make the necessary changes to be successful. Unfortunately, people don't always like self development, and that's okay. I need people to wait on me, pump my gas, and clean my house.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed interning for fierce focus it was a very enjoyable experience for me. One thing that I really admire about this company was that when you need help or don't understand something there is always someone there to help you understand and get through it. I also admire a thing they do called "team night" it's a great chance to bond and socialize with other people

      Cons

      If you are not a diligent and social person looking for growth in a career then this is not the company for you
