Pros
Good atmosphere, entrepreneurial / informal leadership, interesting projects to be worked on. If you're into fintech stuff like crypto currency and trading online etc then this is an interesting proposal.
Cons
When joining a new company there is always an element of risk, which we both knew and were happy with, going in. I recently left the business, however I am really grateful for my time there and wish them all well moving forward. Sometimes the stars don't align and the fit / expertise differ - doesn't make a company bad, nor someone a bad employee (or at least I hope not!).
