The management definitely lacks leadership skills. In my time at Finixio I've never felt motivated. There is no training run in-house (the only one I had was 10 minutes long, with the "trainer" eating cookies while talking) therefore creating an environment where the expectations are high but no coaching is done, at least based on my experience. When you enter the office in the morning or leave in the evening, don't expect to receive any 'Hello' or 'Goodbye' back to you, only few people will do that.

When joining a new company there is always an element of risk, which we both knew and were happy with, going in. I recently left the business, however I am really grateful for my time there and wish them all well moving forward. Sometimes the stars don't align and the fit / expertise differ - doesn't make a company bad, nor someone a bad employee (or at least I hope not!).
