Terrible - Customer Service Advisor First Bus Employee Review

Management care about their own. Staff are left unhappy and not paid decent enough for the role, they offer all these equality workshops, and courses, and yet still don't care about staff. A few staff had to also get Union representatives involved at one point, because of how bad it got.
