I became part of the First Quality family as a result of acquisition over 12 years ago. I have been in the industry of Absorbent Hygiene for 26 years. The past 12 with First Quality have been the most exciting as well as rewarding. First Quality challenges you and pushes you to be better every day. At First Quality you are NOT just an employee, you are a part of the family. Under the leadership of Sima Delafraz our Marketing/Creative team has seen opportunities happen the likes we had never seen in years past. I have personally seen huge changes over the past 3 years in my career as well as the rest of the team. The electricity is in the air and it makes me and my team strive for greatness. At this time of uncertainty in the country and the world it is truly a blessing to have a company like First Quality us. We are working remotely like a well-oiled machine thanks to the framework we have in place. I look forward to the days when we are back to “normal” as there are even greater things we are all ready to take on and push First Quality to even higher levels.
Cons
This is not a negative however more advice to anyone wanting to work for First Quality. First Quality is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that may not be for everyone. To succeed at FQ you need to have a “roll up your sleeves and get it done mentality.” If you want to sit back and watch things get done, First Quality is not for you.
