Used to be ownership, grew too fast for them to keep up their hands on approach. Continuously brought in outside senior management rather than let the management they actually developed lead the business. Experienced the growth first hand 2002 to 2013, then shown the door, basically for purposes of them prepping my division for sale, which took another 4 years to close. Committed my 20s and early 30s to help grow the business, only to be thrown out with no explanation. Tore my family apart, I committed so much and in the end was left with nothing. Do not recommended for young professionals, dangerous atmosphere.

Hr leadership is terrible

Pros

Decent pay, reliable bonus, and fair health benefits. However, HR cannot counted on to help with questions or concerns.

Cons

HR is incompetent and will not follow up on any issues. They do not return phone calls or emails and will walk away mid conversation. Good luck with assistance on employee issues, recruitment or benefits. The corporate person recently hired is ruthless and will not respond to hello in the hallways. The manager of the department abuses her power and absolutely refuses to respond to email. She is extremely passive aggressive and will go out of her way to belittle or question and retaliate when pushed to do her job. Most of the time we have to go to corporate to have her respond to local employee issues. The list goes on. She puts company at legal risk.
