Pros
First Quality has a very strong company culture, we are a family. Performance expectations are high, which helps drive success and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive and welcomes new ideas. First Quality puts a lot of time into their employees, they don’t just hire to fill a position, they look for the right person for the job which makes us a very strong company.
Cons
As part of the sales team we put in long hours and a lot of travel, I don’t necessarily see this as a con, it is just part of the job.
