Pros
The company has a great culture and a very friendly atmosphere in the office. Colleagues genuinely go above and beyond to get to know you and support you throughout your training, which makes settling in much easier. The training programme for the role has been brilliantly organised and delivered by peers, giving you a valuable opportunity to connect with others across the business while learning. The assessment day was something I hadn’t experienced before, but I can now clearly see the benefits of this approach. It’s an effective way for the company to ensure they select the right people for the role.
Cons
I don’t have any specific cons at this stage. I feel comfortable giving feedback if I notice something that isn’t working or could be improved, and the environment encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
