Cons
-The kids and their parents are extremely tough at times depending on which type of school you drive for and the area you drive in. -Conflicts between children can always put a driver in a bind. -Benefits make the job hard to consider working long term(more than 3-4yrs). -The opportunities for advancement always depends on who you know and not what you know and if they like you or not. -The harsh weather can cause drivers to be put in many tough obstacles that aren't always in their control. -Bus monitors for the city's Board and their team leadership can make a drivers job easy or extremely difficult due to their own personal motives/principals. -Many new situations that arise makes the job contradictory. When you do things right in one sense, it could be wrong in another. -Logic & Ethics of the company are screwed. - your never evaluated on your good performance. -Zonar System that tracks the driver and bus isn't accurate in many cases, which can relay wrong information. -dispatch needs help.
