      Pros

      Decent part time wages and extra charter work is usually available.

      Cons

      Early morning Start time, only 4 hours a day, drive in snow and cold weather bus takes a long time to warm up, in summer there is no A/C on big buses so your roast. Driver has a lot of responsibility for their driving and for anything that happens on the bus. Can be stressful.
