      Pros

      Working at FischTank was a great growth opportunity for me as a professional. Particularly as someone starting out in my career, I was given significant leadership opportunities and the ability to own accounts I worked on which is not always the case at similar firms. Both Eric and Matt are supportive and thoughtful leaders that look to promote your development as a professional. If you're looking for the opportunity to jump in and get involved with a number of clients across a variety of industries, FT would be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      As previously mentioned, with a smaller agency can come a larger workload.

      Thank you for your review of your time at FischTank PR, and apologies that this response is so overdue. We appreciate the kind words about the opportunity and your individual development, but also agree with you that at an agency of our size (currently 22 people), things can get hectic! We have since added flex hours, enabling our colleagues to work at times that suit them, and also stress improving work/life balance by not asking anyone to work late at night / early in the morning, and to take PTO days when they need them - no questions asked. Thank you again for your feedback!

      Pros

      Experience in traditional pr such as media list building, pitching, and more. Very friendly workplace environment where you are encouraged to ask questions and learn.

      Cons

      No complaints with this internship, I thought it was structured very well and a great learning experience. Only con is it's only 3 days a week and 6 hours if you are looking for something more full-time for a summer internship.
