Pros
Fiserv has good work culture. Its carryout many associate engagement programs through out year. For my project its flexible shift timing.
Cons
Health insurance is very costly if you add parents as dependent. Office location is in very traffic congested area, if you stay far from office then its daily hustle. Slow adaptation of new technology.
