Pros
Upper management looks out for their people. You can grow professionally if you are ambitious and look to work hard and be good at what you do. You'll learn a lot and it will look great on your resume.
Cons
It's still a corporation, which means that you don't have a lot of PTO, things can take a really long time in terms of going through all the layers and there is some disconnect between teams.
