Pros
Its a learning experience like anything else. Employees are rewarded, not always for right reasons or by right people. Lots of back patting, praise and cash rewards to brown nosers. Some cool products and people.
Cons
Managers only like brown nosing people who are yes man woman. As soon as someone speaks up and challenges existing manager or process, the target is on. Lots of talk about improvement but some are just talk, no action. Repeat same mistakes over and over again. Too many people are busy planning parties and events to knowlege share.
