Benefits on day one, paid time off, people who work there actually are great, most holidays off.
Cons
Management is a joke, all they care about is quantity vs quality, people who should be gone and are constantly making errors and not doing their job. Promoting people to positions that they have no business being in, forcing good people out because of upper management.
