Pros
The people are the best thing about the company. There's a strong sense of comradery. The PTO is also pretty awesome.
Cons
I think there's still work to do in making the company one Fiserv. They should continue efforts to bridge the gaps between some of the groups that came from other companies. But I think overall, that's happening slowly but surely.
