Very nice external trainings are conducted monthly. Good infra and work culture. Salary at par with industry standards Nice leave policy. Don't fire people except in extreme cases. Flexi timings.
Cons
Your fate depends on the projects and managers you are allocated to.Using outdated technologies. Very little learning. Appraisal is not good. `People are different levels are doing same job but getting way different salaries.
