Cons
Sapience software installed in every employee system and management ask them to complete 8 hours in Sapience. This software and process has multiple glitches which makes us to work for at least 9 to 10 hours to records 8 hours in software. Work life balance not so good after merger. All was great before but now after merger with FirstData, lot of pressure is put on management and employees. Parking issue at Noida office. Cannot access emails in your phone. Only very senior person are allowed. Many employees are leaving organization even the one working here for 15 plus years due to environment change so you will keep seeing employees moving in and out of team which destabilize the work. Lots of pressure is put on those employees who work hard. Since many less skilled employee are recently hired therefore they put too much pressure on the person who work hard to cover for the unskilled employee in team.
