-Some really great talent still at the organization. -Good products that are innovative
Cons
-CEO has ruined the great culture that brought people to the company -CEO refuses to listen to what employees are saying and insists on forcing people back into the office, no matter the cost. -First Data culture doesn't care about the people. They are expendable.
