Pros
1) Co-workers are some of the nicest people i've ever met. 2) Everyone works hard and are good at what they do. 3) This pro list used to be a lot longer 3 years ago.
Cons
1) I learned what red tape really means working for this company. 2) We promote One Fiserv but there is so much pettiness between the business lines it's amazing. 3) Company has no problem with underpaying their associates. 4) It is TOO obvious that the bottom line is the most important. 5) No genuine attempt is made to retain good workers. 6) In a time where even small pats on the back go a long way we all Fiserv does is nothing. 7) Takes a year to analyze a employee sat survey only to be followed by a second employee sat survey. 8) I understand the need for offshoring. I have had good experiences working with our offshore. Why do we try to offshore positions that are obviously a horrible fit only to lose time, money, and most importantly, knowledge with this constant shuffling? What happens when India isn't cheap anymore? 9) Projects are often delayed or cut down because of resourcing. When it takes almost 3 months to find and get an offshore resource ramped up even before training they aren't going to help on the current project. When a project is delayed a month due to no resources being able to setup servers.
