Pros
For someone working at minimal pay, Fiserv gives relatively better than the bottom most pay scale. Nothing good for people already working at "any" PBC or good SBCs PS: Regarding Cons Section, most things & pay are slightly better at Clover (acquired by Fisev), but the rest, same policies apply.
Cons
- Micro-management at every step, every decision, guilt traps, toxicity - No quality code/system development - Maybe project specific, but no learning after the tech stack familiarity, no good challenging projects.. your CV will be ruined the more time you spend there - Extremely poor leadership, no real discussions, lack of transparency, 0 accountability, passive aggression is common. - Only KPI would be how many weekends or odd hours you were online and working, only such people with 0 WLB (rather -ve wlb) are applauded (yes, only applauded... no good hikes even after that) - Promotion means bigger title and responsibilities, "an opportunity for you to learn more", not earn more (0 appraisals on promotion is common) - 5 days a week, minimum 8hrs a day in office, minimum 8hrs of keyboard click tracking with tools installed in system (recently removed "8hrs in office" constraint, after seeing good talent leaving), instant firing with worst on-spot termination - No WFH - "only when you're admitted in hospital and can't come to office anyhow and there is critical work stuck, then only we can allow remote work" :) PS: Remote work with leaves applied, pestering on time-offs, weekends is common
