Pros

I cannot think of a single "pro" for this company.

Cons

After reading some of the other comments, I realize some of the things mentioned will be repeated. This is my experience and I want to provide it in a whole picture. The problems really start from the top and work their way down. Many of the top leadership have created this toxic divided culture between their own employees in terms of nepotism. If you become best friends with anyone in upper management, you will find yourself added to a short list of favorites and your time in the company will be much easier. If you work in the office, this task is very easy to accomplish if you can attend events and drink like "one of the guys". Tech Support people, the ones who travel to sites for their job, feel extremely left out. In fact, they are the very back bone of the company and often treated like the heel by both upper management and office staff. On site technicians will see office people be showered with free gifts, free food, parties, and a level of respect equal to how you would treat the person you order your food from at a fast food restaurant. Tech Support is reminded constantly they are expendable, and the morale for this role is an all time low. Everyone is looking for a new job. Signs of money being lost are everywhere. A big event was cancelled, no holiday parties, many lower management and supervisors have left and not been replaced. It is very frustrating to work hard and not get any sort of parties or recognition. Benefits are not even that good. Health insurance is not the worst, but you only get 120 hours of PTO. The company talks about how they do not want you to get burned out, but then makes you feel horrible for taking time off and then not offering sick time or anything. Several companies are medical centers where everyone is always sick. Not having more time off is a joke in terms of what you provide your employees. False promises to companies they service, burned out employees, completely botched projects, mass employee firings with little to no reasons. There are so many things wrong with this company, I cannot even understand how it has lead to it being this bad. This company thrives on burn out, and they will take every inch of life and energy you have.

Pros

Any pro's are buried under the layer of bad. I won't even start.

Cons

- Extremely high turn over rate. - Company is beginning to lose money, leading to poorly covered-up cutting efforts in employees. - Extremely dishonest with both employees and customers alike. - Compensation is below margin across the board for all positions except management. - Overworked employees, often expected to know high-level IT after being hired in. - Will often hire non-IT people into positions which causes frustration among company. - Redundant management structure. 0 reason for "VP's" within company. - Clique-like social structure. Very common for there to be a "Us vs them" mentality within the office. Even more so with management vs employees. - Often overpromise and under deliver for customers. Especially in terms of coverage. - Refuse to invest in employees at the basic level for advancement. - Training doesn't happen here. - Often totes "ESOP" plan as a gauge for how well company is doing, but reports new numbers RIGHT AFTER large number's culling, which inflates price making them look better. - Management care more about personal social media appearances than they do actually working. Long story short: This company is in a death-spiral due to their scummy business practices and complete ignorance of actual issues happening within their own payroll. Thinking about applying? Don't. Thinking about signing on as a customer? Don't.
